Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, including vacations, travel, illness, work obligations, or other personal commitments, a $100 appointment reservation fee will apply.

If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, I will do my best to offer an alternate appointment time during the same calendar week. If we are able to successfully reschedule within that week, no reservation fee will be charged.

I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. As a courtesy, each client will receive one waived appointment reservation fee per calendar year.
