Reach out through the contact form to schedule a consultation call or ask any questions before you begin. It’s a low-pressure first step—just enough to see whether working together feels like a fit.
Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Washington state.
No. Many of the people I work with are managing daily life, but feel exhausted, disconnected, or like they’re constantly pushing through. Therapy can start when things are hard – not just when they fall apart.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, including vacations, travel, illness, work obligations, or other personal commitments, a $100 appointment reservation fee will apply.
If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, I will do my best to offer an alternate appointment time during the same calendar week. If we are able to successfully reschedule within that week, no reservation fee will be charged.
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. As a courtesy, each client will receive one waived appointment reservation fee per calendar year.
No.
While I specialize in supporting overwhelmed moms, I also work with women and female-identified clients more broadly. Many of the patterns I help with – overwhelm, overfunctioning, and carrying too much – show up in different ways, whether you’re a parent or not.
If you’re someone who looks like you’re “doing fine” but feels internally exhausted, constantly responsible for others, and rarely supported yourself – you’re likely within my area of focus.
A good fit usually feels like a sense of relief or recognition when you read this!
It can look like you’re the one holding everything together—schedules, emotions, expectations, responsibilities—while there’s barely any space left for you. If that hits a little too close to home, you’re not alone. That kind of constant carrying is a lot.
Sessions are conversational, grounded, and focused on the patterns that keep you stuck—like overfunctioning, people-pleasing, and burnout. I bring honesty, care, and a little humor when it fits, so the work feels real, human, and still deeply supportive.
I provide individual therapy for adult women with a focus on high-functioning, overwhelmed moms who feel like they’re carrying too much, even if life looks “fine” on the outside.
